Our aim is that MyLifeData will be owned by its customers. We will have a number of rounds. Our seed round is looking for investments of £125K for a 2.5% stake in the company. We aim to have two investors to make a total seed investment of £250k and 5% stake sold. This gives MyLifeData an initial pre revenue value of £5m. Our next round will be a crowd fund post revenue.
